By booking a stay at Lac Tee Chalet, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Reservations & Payment: To secure a reservation at Lac Tee Chalet, guests must contact the hosts directly. Payment details and booking requirements will be discussed and confirmed at that time.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the season and booking details. All cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed with the hosts at the time of reservation. 

3. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

4. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for Lac Tee Chalet is 10 guests. Any additional guests beyond this number must be discussed and confirmed with the hosts before arrival. Unauthorized guests beyond the agreed limit are not permitted on the property.

5. Pets: Pets are welcome at Lac Tee Chalet, provided they are communicated to the hosts before arrival. Guests are fully responsible for their pet at all times and for any damages caused during the stay.

6. Smoking: Lac Tee Chalet is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside but is not permitted indoors under any circumstances. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in additional fees.

7. Property Care & Damages: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages, breakages, or losses incurred during your stay must be reported immediately and may be charged to the guest. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

8. Waterfront & Outdoor Activities: All water and outdoor activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Lac Tee Chalet assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring on or around the property, dock, or lake. Guests with children are solely responsible for their supervision at all times.

9. Liability: Lac Tee Chalet and its owners are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or personal property during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and all members of their party.

10. Right to Entry: The owners reserve the right to access the property in the event of an emergency or necessary maintenance, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
